My Online Store Is Open!

Hey friends,

I’ve been wanting to have a place online where people can buy prints of my photography.  After a bunch of research, I settled on a place for this!  Feel free to browse through photos and buy a print!  If there is a photo I have posted in the past, that is not in the store, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do about it.  When it comes to photos of bands, I have to get their permission first.  I don’t legally have to, I just want to out of respect.

I have a wide variety of photos posted.  Bands photos like House Of Heroes, Paramore, Moving Mountains…etc.  I also have personal shots there too.  Some you may have seen, some not.  You will also find photos that you may have seen different versions of in album packagings or that were unused.  You can even get a photo of mine on an iPhone/iPod case or a (set of 3) stationary cards!  That is all.  Shop away.

For Sale: 1 Trailer | Condition: Used

Today was an interesting day, to say the least.  Matt Hoopes, Jon Schneck and I headed to our band storage unit to do some cleaning and move our merch to a separate unit.  We reorganized our unit and the only thing left to do was get our trailer back to Hoopes’ house so that we didn’t have to keep it at the storage place any more.  After lunch, we hooked up the trailer to head back.  Side note:  Hoopes was questioning my trailer driving skills.  I lined the car up perfectly to hitch it up.  Either way, I let him drive.  Having been in bands forever, the two of us are more than capable to hook up a trailer…also, I am an excellent driver with a trailer attached.

Schneck went home and Hoopes and I went to the gas station to put air in the tires.  We hit the freeway for our 20 min drive back to Nashville.  Along the way we were talking about selling our trailer and what we need to do to fix it up.  A few minuets after discussing this, Hoopes says “Oh man!  I need to pull over NOW!”  I looked behind us to see our trailer weaving back and fourth, tires screeching, our car is being pulled around and all of this was happening while on the freeway.  Hoopes is trying to slow the car down and I look in the mirror to see our trailer break off and slam straight in to the guard rail.  It hit at one point on the rail and ended up about 15 ft further down the railing.

Once we pulled over, we got out of the car to make sure no one hit the trailer, or was about to.  Luckily, we were fine and people seemed to notice the 16ft. trailer sticking out from the guard railing.  A nice dude pulled over, while Hoopes was talking to the towing company, to make sure we were ok.  At one point, I went to the other side of the trailer to see what other damage had occurred,  While doing this, a lady had to stop by our trailer to get around it.  I waved at here, as if to say…”Don’t worry, we’re fine!”  She flung her arms in the air, as if to say…”Why would you park this trailer here!  It’s the freeway!  I am incredibly inconvenienced by this!  Can’t you move it?!  I’m a miserable person!”  Who knows what she was thinking.  That’s what I got out of it.

We had the trailer towed to the next exit so that we could get out of the rain and figure things out with the tow truck driver.  Oh yeah, right after the crash, some severe thunderstorms rolled through…awesome.  So, once Hoopes and I were headed home, we started talking about how much worse things could have been.  If the trailer had gone the other way, across all lanes of traffic!?  No thanks.  The trailer could have not broken the emergency chains and we could have flipped or slammed in to the guard rail as well.  Whatever.  None of that happened and we drove home safely.  It just didn’t hit us how much differently things could have gone and we’re thankful no one behind us hit the trailer.  The good Lord was protective, for sure.

New Photo: House Of Heroes

Most of my posts have been about House Of Heroes lately.  I’m fine with that because they are such a great band and their new album is so stinking good!  I’ve been able to be in the studio with them, shooting video and photos, plus I was able to do their latest photo shoot.  Here’s a shot they’ve been using that was one of my favorites.  Hope you like it!
